If you have ever encountered this statement while installing moodle.
Try shutting down apache2 first before installing nginx should fix this problem:
sudo service apache2 stop

Ma'am,
Parent directory (/var/www/html) is not writeable. Data directory (/var/www/html/moodledata) cannot be created by the installer.

after installing the moodle. try to update and upgrade the system and refresh the localhost again.

PHP has not been properly configured with the MySQLi extension for it to communicate with MySQL. Please check your php.ini file or recompile PHP.

the error was a failure in restarting apache2, i've tried to purge then install the apache2 but i still have the same error what should i do?
